Dutch Spotters Convention cancelled
Due to government measures to curb the Covid-19 virus, all events are currently banned until 1 June 2020. That means the Dutch Spotters Convention scheduled for 11 April 2020 is cancelled. We are still looking for a suitable date in the autumn. So keep checking this website for the latest news. Otherwise we will see you again in the spring of 2021!
On Saturday 11 April 2020 the Rotterdam aviation fair Dutch Spotters Convention (DSC) would be held again. For many years this fair has been the place for the Dutch aviation enthusiast to buy, sell or exchange all kinds of aviation-related items. There will be dozens of stands with books, magazines, slides, photos, DVDs, postcards, airplane models and many other collectibles related to aviation. Associations and companies associated with aviation and the aviation hobby will also be present.
Stands can be hired per metre width. The tables are about 70 cm deep and cost € 10 per metre. If you want to reserve table space please click here.
To recover from all the activities, the hotel bar is a great place to chat with friends and fellow hobbyists while enjoying a cup of coffee and/or a sandwich. You could for example discuss the plans for the coming season.
Furthermore from the convention floor you have a view over a part of the platform, so you can keep an eye on the flying activities. The view is even better from the small terrace next to the hall.
Admission to the aviation fair is € 3 per person, to be paid in cash. Ladies and children up to 12 years of age have free access. The fair lasts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The aviation fair will take place at the Worldhotel Wings, at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
